This experience includes afternoon tea in Restaurant 178 and a choice of one of the following treatments:
Pro Glow on the Go Facial (35 mins).
Swedish Massage (35 mins).
Manicure
If you choose the same treatment you could enjoy together, in our dual treatment room – please request on booking, subject to availability.
Our Afternoon Tea Time Treat is available Tuesday - Saturday with Afternoon Tea served in Restaurant 178 before or after your treatment, between 12.30pm - 3.00pm.
Please note, this experience does not include access to our health club facilities. Please book a Spa Day instead, if you wish to use these.

Booking a Spa Treatment
We strongly recommend booking well in advance of your visit, especially if visiting on weekends or special occasions (advance payment is taken if visiting at these times) t: 01922 450707 or e: spa@fairlawns.co.uk
Please note you will not have access to the facilities if you are visiting just for treatments and our minimum age for all guests for all treatments is 16 years old.
Booking a Spa Day or Spa Stay
We strongly recommend booking well in advance of your visit, especially if visiting on weekends or special occasions.
Full payment is required at time of booking; we also recommend pre-booking treatments as we cannot guarantee availability on the day. Our minimum age for guests for spa days and spa stays is 16 years old.
From Saturday 20th January, our ‘Birch Café’ will be open and offering a new food concept for our Spa Day guests.
Medical Advice
Certain medical conditions may preclude you from having some treatments and all treatments are carried out subject to completion of a medical questionnaire.
Guests with heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, epilepsy, arthritis/rheumatism, diabetes, pregnancy, allergies, recent surgery, cancer (within the last 5 years) should consult their doctor prior to booking, and undertake all heat experiences or treatments at their own risk.
Cancellations
We understand that on occasion a cancellation may need to be made and if this is required we operate the following policy.
Spa Days and Spa Stays
Given four weeks notice we are happy to offer a refund minus a £15.00 administration fee or the opportunity to make one date change for your booking free of charge. Up to 14 days prior to your booking, we offer the opportunity to change the date of your booking incurring a £15.00 administration fee. In the event of a cancellation within 14 days, spa days and stays are non-refundable.
Spa treatments
Cancellations within 48 hours of your visit are charged at full price. Cancellations prior to 48 hours will incur a small administration fee to cover costs already incurred to Fairlawns.
Non-arrivals
No refunds of advance payments will be made in the event of any non-arrivals.
