Booking a Spa Treatment
We strongly recommend booking well in advance of your visit, especially if visiting on weekends or special occasions (advance payment is taken if visiting at these times) t: 01922 450707 or e: email@example.com
Please note you will not have access to the facilities if you are visiting just for treatments and our minimum age for all guests for all treatments is 16 years old.
Booking a Spa Day or Spa Stay
We strongly recommend booking well in advance of your visit, especially if visiting on weekends or special occasions.
Full payment is required at time of booking; we also recommend pre-booking treatments as we cannot guarantee availability on the day. Our minimum age for guests for spa days and spa stays is 16 years old.
Certain medical conditions may preclude you from having some treatments and all treatments are carried out subject to completion of a medical questionnaire.
Guests with heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, epilepsy, arthritis/rheumatism, diabetes, pregnancy, allergies, recent surgery, cancer (within the last 5 years) should consult their doctor prior to booking, and undertake all heat experiences or treatments at their own risk.
We understand that on occasion a cancellation may need to be made and if this is required we operate the following policy.
Spa Days and Spa Stays
Given four weeks notice we are happy to offer a refund minus a £15.00 administration fee or the opportunity to make one date change for your booking free of charge. Up to 14 days prior to your booking, we offer the opportunity to change the date of your booking incurring a £15.00 administration fee. In the event of a cancellation within 14 days, spa days and stays are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your visit are charged at full price. Cancellations prior to 48 hours will incur a small administration fee to cover costs already incurred to Fairlawns.
No refunds of advance payments will be made in the event of any non-arrivals.
