Our most popular package includes £40pp dinner allowance for Restaurant 178, overnight stay in bedroom of your choice and sumptuous breakfast in the morning. 1) Given four weeks' notice, we are happy to offer a refund minus a £15.00 administration fee or the opportunity to make one date change for your booking free of charge. 2) Up to 14 days prior to your booking, we offer the opportunity to change the date of your booking incurring a £15.00 administration fee. 3) In the event of a cancellation within 14 days, promotional breaks are non-refundable. 4) Cancellations outside of the designated cancellation period and non-arrivals will be charged in full. 4) '3-hour Thermal Suite pass’ & Spa Days are an optional extra and supplement charges to add these to your booking apply.
