Hot Tub Closure: Please kindly note that our hot tubs will be unavailable from 15th June to 3rd July 2026. During this time, all other facilities will remain open for your enjoyment.

Given 4 weeks notice, we can offer a refund minus a £15.00 administration fee or make one date change free of charge. 2) Up to 14 days prior to your booking, we offer a change of date for a £15.00 admin fee. 3) Cancellation within 14 days are not eligible for refund. 4) Cancellations outside of this period and non-arrivals will be charged in full.
